This modern one story custom home was built on an acre lot for a young family in the heart of Gilbert. We are in love with the electrical features we added on the property and inside the home. They have the perfect backyard for playing and entertaining. There is a full size basketball court where we installed LED flood lights on top of 4 25’ tall poles. There are also 3 more of these light poles located throughout the yard.
This is another home where we installed all LED energy efficient lighting. In the kitchen there are LED recessed can lights, under cabinet lights and dark modern pendant lights to accent the beautiful white custom cabinets with 2 more pendant lights to go over a large dining room table. In the hallway there is a cozy reading nook where we added wall mounted lights. And throughout the rest of the home we added more recessed can lights, designer sconce lights, chandeliers and ceiling fans. Outside there are also plenty of other exterior flood lights and coach lighting. This was another beautiful home that we were glad to be a part of.
