This single story Phoenix home underwent a substantial remodel and addition. It hadn’t been updated or changed since it was originally built so we had to completely rewire it to bring it up to code.

We had the opportunity to work again with Marigold Properties to provide all of the electrical services on this large remodel located in the Arcadia district in Phoenix. This home is located on the same street as their previous Kachina remodel.

This modern one story custom home was built on an acre lot for a young family in the heart of Gilbert. We are in love with the electrical features we added on the property and inside the home. They have the perfect backyard for playing and entertaining. There is a full size basketball court where we installed LED flood lights on top of 4 25’ tall poles. There are also 3 more of these light poles located throughout the yard.
