This single story Phoenix home underwent a substantial remodel and addition. It hadn’t been updated or changed since it was originally built so we had to completely rewire it to bring it up to code.
This single story Phoenix home underwent a substantial remodel and addition. It hadn’t been updated or changed since it was originally built so we had to completely rewire it to bring it up to code. We installed a new 200 amp main electrical panel, removed all of the original wiring and started from scratch. 400 square foot were added to the house making a large master suite with a bathroom and walk in closet and a large living room was added off of the now larger kitchen. In those rooms we added all new electrical wires and tied it into the existing home rewire.
We added LED energy efficient recessed can lights, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, exterior lights, bathroom vanity lights, exhaust fans, and recessed can shower lights throughout the home.
There is a small garage on the property that previously had no electricity. We added a dedicated circuit to the main electrical panel and brought power over to the garage. We used MC cable to add outlets on the garage walls and ceiling.
This allowed for an electric garage opener to be installed.
