This Kachina home is located in the Arcadia district in Phoenix. We worked with Marigold Properties to provide all of the electrical services on this large addition/remodel. After all of the work was completed this home doubled in size.

The house was stripped down to the bare trusses where we were able to start new with the electrical. We used all LED lights throughout the home and installed recessed can lights, sconce lights, pendant lights, and fans in various rooms and we also added new exterior lighting. In the designer kitchen we prewired for under cabinet foot lighting, under cabinet lighting, and above cabinet lighting. This house has every lighting upgrade possible making it beautiful, bright and airy and with all of the LED lighting used it is also an energy efficient home.
